There are many online marketing sites that require you to submit your Company policy and procedures to their online database. Once the information has been validated you are given access to the online ‘Community’. The community provides procurement opportunities, connecting pre-approved clients and suppliers, all of which are deemed to satisfy a set of minimum standards of safety, health, environment and quality.
Acclaim, SSIP, Construction Line, Achilles UVDB, Achilles Building Confidence, CHAS, SAFE Contractor are a few of the popular choices that many clients expect their supply chain to hold.
SSIP, CHAS and SAFE Contractor: are schemes popular with smaller and new companies. Company policy and procedure is created and then uploaded to the online database for assessment. Please call or use the contents page to discuss your needs.
Construction Line: Silver and Gold standard require you to submit your Company policy, procedures and other supporting evidence i.e. Insurance policies, signed off tool box talks, company accounts and project information (RAMS) etc. A visit to your premises is not required for Silver and Gold standards. Uxton will provide you with the necessary documents in which to bring your Company in line with minimum standards, we will complete the online application for you and email you copies of your new management system.
Achilles UVDB B1/B2: Requires your management system to be uploaded to the database and a 1 or 2 day visit to your premises (depending on the number of employees or risk rating of the services you offer)

ISO: On a broader basis ISO45001:2018 the new international standard for Health & Safety (previously OHSAS 18001) formal records of all company activities are created along with information on how you manage and monitor your personnel, plant, information and suppliers. Uxton Costs depend on the extent of your business and will take around 3-6 months to complete.
*Subscription to the companies listed above are annual, those fees will depend on company turnover, size of workforce and the complexity of services offered. Annual subscription fees are separate to the services offered by Uxton Ltd.

*Please note that annual subscriptions fees for the schemes named above are not included in the Uxton costs, you can find the subscription fees by searching on line for the accreditation you want i.e. Achilles UVDB.
Uxton Costs (example): Construction Line Gold Standard is an online assessment of your management systems with no need for a site inspection. Uxton costs for a small company (under 49 staff) start at £1,800. The process will generally take around 30 days to collect and upload all of the information required.
Achilles UVDB B1/B2 and Building Confidence: Stage 1 - your management system is to be created and uploaded to the online database. Stage 2 - either a one or two day on site inspection at your premises is required.
