F10 Notifiable Projects & CDM Documentation

Project notification, Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS) and CoSHH Assessments are all part of the legal duty of care under the CDM Regs. 2015. Uxton can provide your on site paperwork for you.

 

  • A suite of standard CDM templates (blank) for your construction project can be provided by email, with prices starting from £150.00. All you need to do is add your Company logo and fill in the blanks.

 

  • Alternatively bespoke site specific documents displaying your Company logo can be carried out from as little as £300.00 per project.

 

If you prefer printed copies or site ready project folders, please call us for details of the additional charges.

Black and white documents: 7p per A4 sheet

Colour documents: 15p for A4 sheet

Documents and folders are sent by Special Delivery.

Things to note:  

  • All Uxton documents are created using MS Word and will be sent by email to you in Word format or PDF.
  • If you prefer printed copies posted to you, please contact us to discuss the additional charge.
  • PQQ are all different we will complete them for you as far as practicably possible, this depends on your cooperation with signing and returning policies and procedures and providing ‘other’ information required to complete the PQQ for example insurance policies, training certificates, references etc. Please note: PQQ’s usually require financial data as well as Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality information. This can mean a copy of your company accounts, client references and project information. Due to the sensitive nature of this data, the option is there for you to input the documents/data before submitting the form yourself.
  • Should a PQQ be returned requesting further information (which is often the case) this will be dealt with until accepted by the owner of the PQQ. Please Note: Uxton can only guide / advise your company as far as practicably possible. If your workforce is not qualified to the required standard, or perhaps your supporting evidence doesn’t match the policy and procedure minimum standards, the process will no doubt take longer.
  • If you have a company logo, this will need to be sent in the following format: a clear / high definition PDF or JPEG.
